It continues to be a priority for www.wulfclothes.com (Andre Smith Fashion LLC) to ensure that we trade ethically, source responsibly and work to prevent modern slavery and human trafficking throughout our organisation and in our supply chain.  We take seriously any allegation of human right abuse in all its forms and will not tolerate human rights abuse within www.wulfclothes.com organisation or supply chain. This is Selects first modern slavery policy statement made under the Modern Slavery Act 2015 Section 54 and constitutes our group statement for the 2021/22 financial year. This statement highlights the key activities undertaken and commitment as a responsible retailer to reduce those modern slavery risks that could be connected with our business.

Our supply chains are wide ranging and we procure goods and services from a range of UK and overseas suppliers.

Embedding the principles


We will continue to embed the principles through:
Providing awareness training to relevant staff on the Modern Slavery Act 2015 and informing them of the appropriate action to take if they suspect a case of slavery or human trafficking.
 
Ensuring that consideration of the modern slavery risks and prevention are added to www.wulfclothes.com policy review process as an employer and procurer of goods and services.
 
Making sure procurement strategies and contract terms and conditions include references to modern slavery and human trafficking.
 
Continuing to take action to embed a zero tolerance policy towards modern slavery.
